Farsi Rough Equivalent:

تجاوز بر آزادی انسان، و اجازه توهین به مقدسات به اعتقادات و مقدسات انسانی.انتقاد طرح سوالات یا تحقیق در تاریخ است.

Not a perfect translation, but close.
