For the FIRST TIME in the company’s history the company wrote and distributed a document to all of its employees titled, “Chick-fil-A: Who We Are” that guarantees that the company and its employees will “treat every person with honor, dignity and respect- regardless of their beliefs, race, creed, sexual orientation or gender.”
They are a Christian business, the company and its employees do not need a document to TELL THEM to “treat every person with honor, dignity and respect- regardless of their beliefs, race, creed, sexual orientation or gender.”
Besides, they needed to have similar documents on file for years to meet all of the government's oversight and for lawsuit protection.
I saw all the evidence I needed when that drive through window lady handled that Adam Smith guy with aplomb.
