Once again, we miss the opportunity of using our friends the animals to take care of problems in California. Take some Oscar Meyers and pin one to the crotch area of a mannequin. Introduce some seagulls into the fun. Eventually, you’ll have all the naked homosexual guys in San Francisco running around with seagulls biting their private parts. I’d pay good money to watch that.

Wow...I heard SF was a cesspool of perversion....I thought most of it was behind closed doors....
Walking around naked and committing sexual acts in broad delight and government officials do nothing to curtail it....and it is actually legal...
Nobody likes to see even dogs copulate in public...Let alone humans...
