When he is speaking extemporaneously, he babbles, gibbers, and sometimes reveals his true character in very embarrassing ways.
When he is reading the teleprompter, he has a weird, robotic tone and strange cadence that does not match the meaning or sentence structure of what he is saying.

I went to college with a lot of these creeps who were emersed in Communist dogma and read all that drivel to the exclusion of EVERYTHING else. It was really nauseating sitting in on their BS sessions.
