Tens of Thousands is far too low to be concerned about. In fact, I have come to believe that horrendously massive casualties will be necessary for the Muslim "moderates" to rise up in numbers and volume sufficient to curb the radicals. Very sad, but those who continue to say "you can't kill enough of them to win this war" don't know what they are talking about. We CAN - the question is when we start to do it.
