Could gun owners lose election over jobs report?
Seattle Gun Rights Examiner ^

Days after American Spectator Senior Editor John Fund warned gun owners about the dangers that voter fraud pose for the Second Amendment this year, September’s job report shows a surprising – and some suggest curious – drop below eight percent for the first time since Barack Obama took office.

What’s that got to do with gun rights? Plenty, if one is worried about a second Obama term and what it could mean for future Second Amendment court battles, and the proposed United Nations Small Arms Trade Treaty.

While it is good news for those who now have jobs, several people are questioning the timing, and there are some interesting stories linked on the Drudge Report website.

Voter fraud has been a sore subject since the 2004 gubernatorial election here in Washington that came down to two recounts over ballots for Republican Dino Rossi and Democrat Christine Gregoire.

A judge in Wenatchee allowed the final ballot tally to count, handing the election to Gregoire, even though the first two counts, on election night and then the first recount, gave the race to Rossi. Ever since the bitter joke has been that Democrats will keep counting ballots until they get the desired results, and then call the race.

The suspicions point to King County, where Seattle’s Democrat power dominates. The Seattle vote is expected to throw Washington’s electoral votes once again to the Democrats.

Fund, speaking at last weekend’s Gun Rights Policy Conference in Orlando, warned the audience that “Voter fraud is everywhere and its potential is growing as we have more close elections.”

And, he added, “If you don’t think some of Barack Obama’s friends won’t want to put a finger on the scale of democracy, you’re fooling yourself.”

It is important to have someone from the Republican party watching the polls. Poll watchers are always in short supply. Go to your local party and volunteer. It is not a difficult job, except it takes a little gumption to observe and quietly report on potential illegalities. It can pay big dividends.

I have done it a couple of elections, and while I did not see gross irregularities, the vote totals somehow came out much more favorable for Republicans when we had poll watchers in place.

The jobs numbers are provided to us by Hilda Solis, the Sec. of Labor. She was appointed to that office by Barack Obama in 2009. She is a life long liberal democrat from California that represented the district of east Los Angeles for 8 years. Anybody that thinks she would allow the release of a jobs report that made her boss, Barack Obama look bad a month before election day probably believes that Obama personally shot and killed OBL too. I’m thinking 1 report the mont before the election isn’t going to make too many people forget about the past four years.

No one who is actually working or wants to work is fooled by those jobs reports anymore.

“Could gun owners lose election over jobs report?”

Uh. No. Cause no one believes the jobs report. Ha! Hooray for the media!

The only thing that these job numbers have done is to make a public that distrusts their government, MORE DISTRUSTFUL OF THAT GOVERNMENT. Who is the head of that government and why would anyone think that more distrust would help him? Those that believe this report are hardcore supporters and will NEVER change their vote... they will vote for obama without a doubt... they are owned and operated by satan and obama is his prime representative on earth.

To quote Charlton heston, “From my cold, dead hands”. I’m betting that the Constitution’s constant “trouncing” has gotten enough right-minded folks fed up enough that they will not bow to courts that try to push un-Constitutional laws on We The People.

I took the day off from work on election day to be a Poll Watcher. (And the day after so I can stay up late watching results.) I have my “Election Day Team” training tomorrow.
