Appearing on Fox News today, pollster Frank Luntz said he’s moved Florida into the Mitt Romney column.

A Fox News poll of likely voters released Friday has Romney ahead of President Obama by three points.

Great! And I sincerely hope it will soon no longer be a Debbie Washerwoman Schortz state either.

Frank is behind the times. Fl hasn't been a swing state in a week, North Carolina hasn't swung since the Dem convention, and VA isn't swingy either.

O’Bumbler is almost out of Ohio and is being forced to defend PA, WI and CO with a great deal of time, money and effort.

I have said for many months this election will not be close. It looks more and more like that will be the case.

Agree. I think OH is done, but the pollsters and pundits have yet to catch up.

Look, if the race doesn’t appear close then candidates don’t have to spend as much money... advertising. Coincidence? I think not.

I so want to believe this. But there doesn't seem to be a solid amount of evidence to concur with that. Ohio just seems to be an unknown right now. I'd rather not go by wishful thinking. A lot of the same was said about McCain here on FR in 2008, and a lot of those predictions were way off, unfortunately.

All the more reason for looking at the data we post and doing the analysis yourself. If you can look at that data and come to a different conclusion, then you should be sharing the analysis.

I live in an area of Florida that is absolutely dominated by Democrats, but I just finished a walk around the neighborhood and every sign in someone’s yard is a Romney sign.

Let me allay your fears.

Ohio has NO state wide Democrats in government office. The entire state had almost 500,000 voters purged from the rolls, almost 250,000 from Cuyahoga (Cleveland) County alone. Ohio goes Republican whenever the Democrats get less than a 150,000 vote advantage in Cuyahoga county.

The early voting is substantially more Republican this year than in 2008 and substantially LESS democrat than 2008.

Romney is getting 5, 8, even 10K Plus size crowds in the hinterlands of Ohio and they draw very well, over 10K in the Cleveland Suburbs.

O’Bumbler has basically moved to Ohio, he should have bought a house in Shaker Heights he has been here so much, but he is over shadowed by Romney/Ryan and worried about NH and PA now. He is also very worried about CO.

Ohio is all but lost to O’Bumbler, none of the polls are showing him over 46% in OH and after Monday you will see that either stagnate or retreat as Romney will start to consistently poll above 50%.

If you look at O’Bumbler he is desperate and irritated, he KNOWS he is losing and badly.

If Mitt locks NV, WI, or PA, he will have already won Ohio.
