Yes, it does. A person who is biologically one sex but chooses to dress and "self-identify" as the other sex is "transgendered." RuPaul is an example.

A person whose physical sexual characteristics have been surgically and chemically altered to more closely resemble the opposite sex is "transsexual." Chaz Bono is an example.

Sorry, my bad. I was thinking transsexual. I understand it for a transsexual, but I’m just confused at how dressing as a woman while still having male genitals should let someone be allowed to expose themselves like that. It’s just very wrong in my view.

Dressing and identifying as something doesn’t make it so
