More than 50 EPA staff are now crashing to finish greenhouse gas emission standards that would essentially ban all construction of new coal-fired power plants.
Come Jan. 21 they'll be in the application line at Walmart with the rest of us...

Civil Service-protected employees do not stand in Walmart Application lines. They are all-but GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES FOR LIFE.
