I’d like to think that this matters...but it’s going just the way Obama wants. They held on to this until after the election and now they spin whatever the way they want. And after Clinton - who cares? And now the general will try to escape testifying.
I suspect Petraeus refused to be a scapegoat so they threatened and he at least had the decency to resign...but who knows.
I’m glad those who died in Benghazi don’t know the aftermath.
If Obama and the FBI knew this before the election, Petraeus should have been asked to resign immediately and not wait until after the election. Politics trump national security once again.
