Note that the both totals here are inaccurate, and that the %turnout should be higher.

No — that is incorrect.

If that was the issue don’t you think that Col West would say so in his just released statement.

Instead he is taking direct aim at the source of the fraud — the 4000 votes that were mysteriously discovered after the official count. Read his statement. It says nothing about 141% voter turnout.

Voter turnout in St Lucie was 71% not 141% as hundreds on this site have been misinformed and are misinforming others:

The “picture” you posted is not evidence of vote fraud or over-voting. Look at it closely, the percentages are in reference to “cards cast” by registered voters. Each voter was given two cards, each card was for different items on the ballot (for example, card #1 had items 1-10, card #2 had items 11-20) They were not duplicate cards. You couldn’t vote for the same thing twice.

Someone needs to propose a state law saying any precinct with more than 100% votes triggers an automatic recount.

Anyone who votes against that gets reamed before the next election.
