I agree with tsowellfan's analysis of Somalis’s views towards American blacks on the other thread. I have seen that myself here with other African immigrants. Ironically both groups feel a kinship to O, but I think the immigrants do more.

That's not the point that I was making.

The point is that Webster in Maine was not lying when he told a Portland TV station that:

in rural Maine towns, "dozens of black people" unknown to local officials showed up to vote on election day.

Given that these "dozens of black people" may have been Somalis who recently moved up there, where was Webster lying???
