Read elsewhere no solider actually witnessed the burial.

Think he’s still alive being interrogated?

Compare this to the public ‘leak’ of Saddam’s hanging.

Rear Adm. Charles Gaouette . . .

Interesting.

He was just relieved of his command after Benghazi.

Make me a tin foil hat but I have major doubts about whether we really got Bin Laden or a look alike ,,, or even at all

To celebrate I drank a “bin Lauden”. Two shots and a splash of water.

Makes for a good story.

If I were the leader of the free world, I’d have tried to capture him alive and attested to that for the world. If we weren’t able to do that, I would have provided definitive proof of his demise.

This leader gives us neither. Perhaps I haven’t thought it through. Good thing I’m not in charge.

Who in the heck released this information? Now that I think about it, this should have been Classified until all parties involved were dead. No wonder the Admiral was removed. His life will be in danger until he dies. What a piece of crap administration we have! This is similar to releasing the names and addresses of the people who interrogated Al Qaeda detainees. Obama has no respect for the lives of the innocent unborn or born alive much less the men and women who keep his behind alive. He did not give a care for any of the Americans in Benghazi. Grrrrrrr

Interesting, but irrelevant in the long run. Islamic terrorism is going to continue as long as Islam exists.

Published October 27, 2012

Associated Press

The Navy said Saturday it is replacing the admiral in command of an aircraft carrier strike group in the Middle East, pending the outcome of an internal investigation into undisclosed allegations of inappropriate judgment.

Rear Adm. Charles M. Gaouette is being sent back to the USS John C. Stennis’ home port at Bremerton, Wash., in what the Navy called a temporary reassignment. The Navy said he is not formally relieved of his command of the Stennis strike group but will be replaced by Rear Adm. Troy M. Shoemaker, who will assume command until the investigation is completed.

To show any respect to this low life killer of innocent Americans is an outrage. In the past, enemies who were killed on the field of battle were treated with less respect than this monster. They were dragged and thrown into mass graves in the process of cleaning up the battlefield. It wasn’t done out of disrespect, but a matter of necessity. But those men deserved more respect than OBL. When will we learn. OBL should have been tossed into the sea with the day’s garbage, and the fact should have been publicized as such. Were the Japanese dead on Saipan interred in a Shinto ceremony, no. We did not engage in such nonsense until this present shallow times.

From the Marine’s first incursion onto the “Shores of Tripoli”, to General Patton’s WWII, “traditional Islamic procedures” for the US military included pig’s blood. Hopefully this will some day be restored.

Isn't this the selfsame admiral who was in command of the Carrier Group in the Med when the Benghazi massacre went down? IIRC, he had intended to send help over his orders, and was relieved of command on the spot.

This is a snow job to justify that, just like Petreus' mistress (as if that is unusual in D.C. circles). The alleged classified material on her HDD could have been put there by most any hacker worth a check.

Both of these people either said they did not issue orders to stop a rescue operation or had done so, countermanding orders from higher up the food chain. Now they both are being drawn and quartered in the press to pay for their sins.

The coup continues, Chicago style.

Nice try, but everybody knows that the SEALs sewed him into a rancid pigskin and threw him out of the helicopter after chumming the water for sharks.

The reason nobody on the Carl Vinson saw a ceremony is because they took Osama out of a freezer and gave him a heliocopter ride halfway to the Carl Vinson. Bin Ladin likely got the heave ho at about 2,000 ft out the side gunner’s door. Hasta La Vista Baby!!!
