It’s supposed to be a panel of Constitutional experts who don’t bring personal polical agendas to their decisions. Kagan and Sotomayer are political agenda hacks through and through and are not at all qualified to be sitting on that once prestigious panel. I’m sure there are qualified women for the Supreme Court, but the last two picks, Kagan and Sotomayer are not among them.
