Thank you for contacting me regarding the 2012 Presidential Election. It is an honor to represent the people of Eastern Washington and I appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts with me.
As a Representative, I view it as my duty to help move our country forward by addressing the many challenges we as a nation face. Our Constitution provides voters with a chance every four years to determine our nation’s President, and it is important that we maintain the validity of that solemn charge. I do not know of any fraud or abuse justifying a challenge to the validity of the 2012 election. Be assured that I have and will continue to uphold the Constitution and oppose any effort to circumvent our nation’s best interest.
