The more and more they become like the democrats, the less and less that people will need a difference. And then, there won’t be a need to have 2 different parties, since they will be the same, with different names. Why even bother to go vote for republicans since it won’t matter anymore.

That is exactly what I thought when I read the first article about Boehner zapping the conservatives off committees because they didn't vote like he wanted. I really did think, “Night of the Long Knives”.
If a conservative party comes from the ashes of the present liberal Republican Party, I will help this new party.

That was an agreement for one court case 30 years ago. The Republicans broke the law in that case, did things they should not have done at polling places, saying they were doing it to ensure voting integrity and suspected voter fraud. The agreement was they would not do those illegal things again at polling places.
I am considering doing the same thing. No Party here may not get to vote in primaries....gotta check on that....

HEre in DE I can no longer vote in the primary. Big deal. Didn’t make a difference here when I could.
In other states, the GOP is so stupid they allow open primaries. That way the Dems can help choose the GOP candidate.
