Bingo.. I said ‘Jorge’ but you are correct. I can see the ‘T’ then a drop-down letter ‘y’ which I thought was a ‘g’. The last name matches perfectly with ‘Cummings’. Tony Cummings did it. He needs to be apprehended for assault. Perhaps 0bama will place him into the ‘witness protection program’ since he’s CLEARLY a member of 0bama’s ‘Civilian National Security Force’.
