Obambi, Reid, and Pelosi over-extended their socialist fix. I'm starting to believe that it will fail from its own weight. And no, I don't believe that Congress will allow "single payer", at least not in the near future. This has been doomed to fail from the beginning.
One lawsuit that is yet to come, is the 14th Amendment that expressly guarantees "...equal protection of the laws". With all the waivers that Obambi is giving regarding Obamacare, how can that be "equal protection"? I don't get why there are no lawsuits regarding that Amendment. Am I wrong?
14th Amendment grounds are the next method to try if the current attacks fail as the first course did - see the Roberts ‘It’s A Tax’ decision for the first failure. It’s being challenged on other grounds now (First, I believe) so we’ll see if that flies.
