Ha ha ha. Yes it seems like in the final analysis Mr. Obozo doesn’t want to lose any government employees - after all even RIFed employees get to keep their current pay status for two years after the reduction in force.

Hows that for job security? Believe me not a dime will be saved. The orgy of spend, spend, spend will continue with the Redpublicans as willing enablers.

That's only if they can find a slot for you to be moved into. There aren't many empty slots around which means if the DoD takes cuts, quite a few people will be out the door with nothing but a little bit of severance pay.
