The marxists are no longer inching along. They have four years and they are going to go as far and as fast as they can.

“On Wednesday, the NLRB voted 3-to-1 to gut protections for workers who don’t want their money spent on politics”
This will backfire, the whole point of being union is for the higher pay, benefits, and their sacred protection. All the unions are doing are pissing off members.

Wow, a 4 member board, appointed by 0bama, can overturn legislation. Not surprised in the least, how else are they going to fund their politicians or bus the purple shirts from rally to rally?

And I’ll bet there is a sizeable portion of union members that didn’t even know that provision existed...or were too afraid to ask for the accounting.

Why is this surprising. Unions went full tilt for Obama. He has to pay them back.
This is payback-—simple.

"We have to keep an eye on the battle we facea war on workers. And you see it everywhere there is the Tea Party. And you know there is only one way to beat and win that war. The one thing about working people is we like a good fight. And you know what, theyve got a war, theyve got a war with us and there is only going to be one winner. It is going to be the workers of Michigan and America we are going to win that war. All the way." He then urged the audience to vote in the coming election and in reference to the Tea Party, stated, "Everybody here's got to vote," Hoffa said. "If we go back and we keep the eye on the prize, let's take these sons-of-a-bitches out and give America back to America where we belong!"
James P Hoffa Labor day 2011.
He meant it and fortunately their attempted proposal 2 power grab blew up in their faces and woke the Michigan legislature up.

The NLRB is still operating with a “recess appointment” that was made when there was no recess. So this will be litigated, providing another chance to overturn everything the NLRB has done since Obama illegally filled the positions.
To: TurboZamboni
The NLRB is operating unlawfully. 2 of its current appointees were put in with an illegal “recess appointment” while the Senate was still in session 11 months ago.

This is a Constitutional crisis caused by blurring the lines of authority and distinct powers granted by the Constitution. The Executive Branch is legislating and judging. Jobs it is not supposed to do.
Get rid of these alphabet soup agencies that legislate and adjudicate. It’s not their job.
