They just strangle the host; here in NJ companies and taxpayers are fleeing, leaving behind the permanent welfare underclass and a mass of illegal aliens jabbering in foreign tongues. We’ve laid off many cops, teachers, and firmen, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future; the “clients” of those services simply have no means to pay. NJ is turning into a Third World toilet, with a booming underground economy and a steadily increasing number of residents living completely “off the grid”. They work for cash, live in illegal apartments, drive unregistered/uninsured cars, etc.
