To put that the other way around -- does anyone have statistics summarizing how many mass murderers in the US in the past 50 years were people who had no reluctance to break the law?

'Cause I'm thinking it's 100%. More laws do not stop law-breakers. More laws simply constrain the actions of the law-abiding. Gun control is not about violence -- it's about control of the population.
