Hard to tell. My Dad had a 12 guage double barreled shotgun. The first time I ever shot it, he tried to tell me how to hold it so I would not have a bruised shoulder. I was too smart for him and held it like the Wimp In Chief is holding his firearm. After I shot it I had a bruise to write home about and a sore shoulder for several days.
If Obama is using some permutation or a .410 or some manufactured light load i.e. teen aged girl's guage, he's probably OK.
We have seen this wuss throw a baseball. I s'pect this is the first time he ever shot a gun...and the last. If it was photo shopped they would have done a better job.
