They don’t get their customers to buy them...they break into houses and steal them.

Mark’s wife was toting a pistol that day herself. A hard question would center on that ~ I wouldn’t ask Mark that question either.

Every one of LaPierre’s points were correct, but Wallace had to find sone way to attack him.

Did Wallace offer any criticism of Giffords’ Puppet Master husband while he was interviewing him?

I saw it on Wallace’s show and remarked to my wife how ridiculous it was that Wallace was advocating.

Here is how an accidental death in the family can affect people. I grew up knowing about Great Uncle George who'd been killed when his shotgun fell as he crossed a fence.

He was the third youngest of four brothers ~ and about 15 years old. They had a family musical group that played parties all over Southern Indiana ~ all acoustical with fancy shirts and all.

My grandather was barely out of his childhood and totally adored his older brother, and he was devastated at his death. In fact in those closeknit multiply related Southern Indiana pioneer families a death of one member would set off the remembrances all over the place for decades. This death was one of those.

Every time we met someone new I hadn't met before they'd recount the tragedy to me ~ just so I"d know they knew, and they felt bad about it, and we are all in this one together.

We even pass down names for centuries, so when this brother died it was up to my grandfather to pass on the name, which he did to my dad, and I did to my son. There's more to it than just a name though ~ there's that tale of the mistake made with a firearm.

Gabby made a mistake that day in not having an armed guard present who could tend to business ~ just like taking your shotgun and leaning it up against the fence you were going to cross ~ and she was crippled by that mistake.

Mark is pursuing a different story ~ that she got shot by a firearm ~ and I'm here to tell you that is not the story.

“Mark is pursuing a different story ~ that she got shot by a firearm - and I’m here to tell you that is not the story.”

Well, then, just what IS the story?

The story is SAFETY and being CONSCIOUS OF RISK ~ guns are minor players in the story ~ there are so many things out there that can be used properly or improperly to hurt you it isn't funny. Holding a public gathering with no security is always stupid ~ rather like leaning a loaded and cocked firearm up against a fence you are getting ready to cross.

The gun didn't jump up and shoot my great uncle on its lonesome. Gabby didn't have an encounter with a gun that ran over and shot her.

...” Wallace was also repugnant when he attacked LaPierre for saying there is an American elite. Every one of LaPierre’s points were correct, but Wallace had to find sone way to attack him. Miserable fail by Wallace.”...

Wallace was repugnant, especially during his accusations against Mr. LaPierre for stating that normal people want the same protection for themselves and their children that the elites have..Of course, Chris Wallace is one of those elites who considers himself better than the average American. America would be so much better off if we could just succeed from the East and West coasts and let the Chris Wallace’s of the world figure out who to look down upon after that.

...”I believe in the 2nd Amendment. I trust Wayne LaPierre far more with protecting my right to owning a gun than ANYONE inside the Obama administration or anyone in the media.

I realize that I don’t count for much, other than another vote to show that they ‘have won’, or to say that ‘they beat my candidate’, but I can tell you this:

When the SHTF, I will live longer than many who are making decisions about my basic safety!!! I will go down, but I will do my best to have a part in cleaning out the gene pool on my way down!!!”...

WOW! Great post. Thanks.

They do that too. I have no idea how much is coming across our Southern border from the Drug Cartels. Chicago is one of their hubs.

La Pierre needs some coaching on how to talk to libs. First rule is NEVER be cordial with them. They see it as weakness.

People who think criminals will comply with background checks before getting hold of a gun also believe that bootleggers made sure everyone they sold booze to was above the drinking age.....

Like his old man, Chris Wallace leans left, but tries to hide it. But as a journalist he couldn’t make a good pimple on the old man’s ass.
