The precedent is now set. One just doesn’t have to be NBC to be president and I guess we should all give up on the constitution

Marco Rubio was born is Miami, Florida. He is a natural born citizen of the United States, and is eligible to be President per the Constitution. No court is going to rule otherwise. The end.

I think his parents were not citizens when Rubio was born. That does matter whether or not anyone cares anymore.

Rubio’s parents were not citizens at the time of his birth....and with the legal precedent already set in about 80 different court cases....to be natural born one must also have citizen parents at time of birth

Note that the ones who inaccurately claim Marco Rubio is eligible are the same ones that fought against conservatives on Obama Eligibility.

May be true, that courts will not rule otherwise, but it is also true that Rubio and Jindal are not NBC, so stuff it longBlow.(sic)
