We need to get someone with integrity----like Cong Allen West (not reelected)----- to write letters to his colleagues, and to the media.
Cong West needs to do the following:
(1) decry the agitation and intimidation tactics being used by para-military Democrats,
(2) expose hatemongering being used for personal gain,
(3) emphasize the illegalities WRT threatening free people and businesses, and,
(4) precpitate investigations into Democrat tactics; using govt authority and govt resources fraudulently.

No, all that means is that they will not retain control of political power through the strength of the economy. They will have to find some other way.

Amnesty guarantees all elections (if you want to call it that) in the future will be won by the Democrat party. The law suit brought by DOJ against S&P is evidence of fear. S&P has the capacity to destroy Obama by another down grade. The law suit is a paltry defensive action to thwart the threat.

What you will see is this business of EXIT POLLING, which is not terribly well grounded statistically speaking, being trotted out where its result support somebody’s narrow analysis. We should move boldly into ratcheting up the black Republican vote through the expedient of getting 30% of current black voters reregistered as Republicans.

You’re operating under an old set of assumptions.
What you said above may have worked in times past, according to conventional wisdom. But the old “conventional wisdom” don’t work no mo’. The foundations upon which that wisdom was previously based, are now shifting and changing beneath us. The old rules simply don’t apply any more.
If you go into the blue states, or inner cities, and ask the question you posed above, I’m wondering if most of the “minority-po’” folks will actually reply, “YES”, they ARE “better off” with Obama as president.
Free iPhones, almost unlimited “unemployment” benefits, expanding free-housing, free this, free that.
They don’t care about “freedom”, my FRiend — only “what’s free”.
And they’re definitely getting more of that under the ‘rats….
Yep, it’s all about the mushy-middle. The roughly 1/3 that aren’t tightly aligned to either party are the people that really decide elections, and their primary political belief boils down to “the guys in charge suck”, so the longer one side is in charge the less the mushy-middle likes them and eventually they swing the other way. Remember 1998 and 2002 were supposed to be “permanent” majorities.
That’s the best summation of why the author doesn’t get it. The economy is irrelevant in an era of identity politics. Anger at the “oppressor” (as the GOP has been successfully labeled) overrides any other consideration and drives voting behavior.
Yeah, those areas and states may be losing population (and representation) but who are the people who are leaving and where are they going?
A heck of a lot of them are Blue State Liberals who are taking their belief system along with them when they move to Red States. Virginia is a great example, although I’d wager that between an influx of residents from Blue States and Hispanic immigrants ( either natz’d citizens or anchor babies who reach voting age) Texas is a Purple state in 10 years and a blue state in 20.
