The guy sounds like he’s been a “victim” all his life, not just while at thr LAPD. He just got cut loose from the Navy reserves on Feb 1st due to not “meeting physical requirements”... which might have been a nice way of saying they recognized that he’s nuts.

He probably got cut loose because he could not meet weight standards!
