So now the government and/or media mob gets to declare innocence and guilt without due process? The point is not whether the man was guilty or innocent. We are innocent until proven guilty in a ‘court of law’ for a reason.
Why not even attempt to just keep him surrounded? He wasn’t going anywhere.
Was he surrounded? I don’t think they even knew for sure.
To me the question is how many more innocent people needed to die just for the sake of bringing him in alive? He had no desire to be brought in alive, just to cause as much mayhem as he could as he went down.
I’m not in favor of burning buildings, but neither am I in favor of leaving LEOs stationed there as sitting ducks for Dorner to pick off.
