I suspect the driver did something ignorant and reckless that could have killed the biker. Maybe this guy Gough deserved a few punches in the face, and maybe he actually got away lucky - - some people would have sent him into surgery. (shrug) Can’t tell from the story what happened on the road.
Not in my town he doesn’t! In Texas you can use deadly force to prevent a beating. Happened a few times at the beginning and then.....sort of stopped!
