To: Tolerance Sucks Rocks
This will give state health inspectors the right to have a look around your apartment with out a warrant for the smell of smoke based on some anonymous complaint. I also watched Gretchen Carlson interview the bill's sponsor. She asked him "will the law also affect medical marijuana?" He hemed and hawed a few times then said well the focus of this bill is narrow just tobacco.
The next step will be you can't smoke in your car because either someone will see you and be offended or a child will see you and be tempted to smoke so they can search your car with out a warrant since this will be a health issue. I don't smoke myself but I do see this as a freedom issue that affects us all and of course this stuff never stops, it will be unhealthy food next since the government pays for your health care etc.

Pardon me for asking, but.........who cares? Its California; they get what they deserve. They elect these commiecrats to office, this is what they get.

The most frequent complaint I hear from apartment dwellers is the smell of marijuana smoke drifting from some nearby unit.

Does Cali intend to crack down on THAT? I doubt it.
