Sheriff’s deputies arrested two women who were inside the vehicle. The driver, Tiasa Andrews, 29, was charged with aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon, court records show. The backseat passenger, Yolanda Craig, 38, faces a felony charge of robbery causing bodily injury.
