Keep in mind that even outside TX we have jury nullification as an option. I will make an effort to get on the jury for any Second Amendment case, and I will vote “not guilty” for charges related to any unconstitutional law. If all conservative gun owners made the same commitment, it would be very hard for the socialists to get a gun conviction against any law-abiding citizen.
