The whole Matt Drudge-Matt Rhoades smear-the-conservative arrangement was a disgrace. And now Drudge is supposedly mad at Rhoades for using him to do Romney’s dirty work. And he’s also mad at Rhoades for marrying a (female) Chris Christie operative. It’s all a farce.
Pretty sure Rand Paul should be the straw poll favorite.
His family has a history of performing well at these types of events.

I don’t like Jeb Bush. Florida hasn’t been picking very conservative politicians of late. Jeb Bush, Charlie Crist and Marco Rubio are not coservatives.

If you think Romney didn’t fight Obama, you’re wrong. He did. Many of us have a reasonable opinion that Romney was going to win, but lost in the ground game...there is plenty of evidence for that, possibly even of fraud.
I just tire of the RINO blame game...I fought against Charlie Crist the true RINO when he was governor in my state...but putting the GOP-e or RINO label on every person who is on the right side of the aisle with whom we disagree is tiresome.
I have seen the “traitor” or “coward” or “RINO” label applied to: Sarah Palin, George W Bush, Charles Krauthammer, Newt Gingrich, George Will, Rush Limbaugh...you name the Republican, and I’ll almost guarantee you that an archive search here on FR will find several screeds against them....
As long as we can agree to fight Obama, I am fine with someone. The enemy of my enemy is my friend in a battle....we can disagree about other items later. :)

The idea is absurd. I just saw Rubio’s speech it was great. Paul on now but I give a slight edge to Rubio. We have a long time yet but this cycle has heated up earlier than most.
It’s John Bohinor that keeps giving Obama a pass, but rips conservatives.
