It’s a good thing we don’t have any counties here in Louisiana! ;-)

Parish the thought!

Two years ago we went to the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area in Alabama for a short vacation. First thing I noticed was that no one was speaking Spanish. After living in Houston where most speak anything but English I thought I had died and gone to Heaven. We may just have to go a bit further east and visit you all this summer.

Might be good places for colonization by foreigners, too.

I was born and raised in Tucson and I know exactly what you are talking about. My family who hasn't passed away or moved still live there. I am 3rd a generation Arizonan.
If you have the misfortune of traveling west on 22nd Street past Kino Parkway, you will notice a new housing development going up where Matthews Chevrolet used to be. It is all Section 8 housing for welfare people! At least TPD will have a concentrated area to locate the local criminals.

“Kids just out of high school work in the service industry, live together without marriage, and apply for food stamps and as many freebies they can get.”

That seems to be the future for many whites here in NJ as well; the trends that destroyed black America in the 1960s and 1970s are being mirrored in the white community (post-Christian morality, welfare culture). The birthrate is lower because the 1996 welfare reform ended “cash-for-more-kids”, but enough local freebies were tossed in to alleviate the austerity of the welfare reform law to keep it as a desirable goal for aimless young people.

All of these projections about white America’s dwindling numbers are false; they are becoming a minority NOW. My town’s Peruvian Day parade dwarfs the St. Patrick’s Day parade, which in the past had been a huge event (my town itself had 2 pipe bands and 5 fish-and-chip restaurants).

“Abortion = need for same number of immigrants.”

It isn’t just abortion; until the laws are changed where young men see marriage/child-rearing as a worthwhile venture the whites will quietly disappear without ever conceiving children. In my area it is very evident; whereas women would hang out in bars/clubs into their twenties they are now there in their late 30s waiting for someone to marry or impregnate them - and it isn’t happening. A lot of TV program seems geared towards this demographic (of both genders); they will never breed, and the TV will tell them it was a good choice.

Did you notice in the article the subtle leftist political statements?

For example:

FEDERAL FUNDING FUELS STEADY GROWTH IN URBAN AREAS

Since 2010, many of the fastest-growing U.S. metro areas have also been those that historically received a lot of federal dollars, including Fort Stewart, Ga., Jacksonville, N.C., Crestview, Fla., and Charleston-North Charleston, S.C., all home to military bases.

Chattahoochee County, Ga., home to Fort Benning, was the nation's fastest-growing county, increasing 10.1 percent in the last year.

Per-capita federal spending rose from about $5,300 among the fastest-growing metros from 2000 to 2010, to about $8,200 among the fastest-growing metros from 2011 to 2012.

So what they're trying to say is: Federal Spending = Good.

But note it's not the trillion of dollars of waste that Obama has indebted us to. No, it's military spending. Something he wants to cut, as opposed to spend more of.

So the article is saying, "Yo, you Teabaggers in Red Southern states, quit yer bitchin' about spending; see how much we're spending on you!"

Nothing about how the military loves Southern and Western bases due to much warmer, sunnier and better weather in general to conduct year-round training. For example, the last base I was stationed at and retired from was Maxwell AFB, Montgomery, Alabama. The US Army had the Wright brothers actually build the flying school here in 1911 because of the high number of days with non-windy, sunny weather.

Folks move out of the country to the ‘burbs looking for jobs. I know I’d move out to the country if I could work...

Good places that I know of to look for homes are Fitzgerald, GA and Winnsboro, SC. We stayed at a B&B in Fitzgerald, and went for a walk. All the nice, but empty homes made us very sad. It was just the sort of place I’d have loved to set up in with my family.

We vacation in St Aug. every year, since the wife has relatives near you. We purchase a week’s worth of rent in one of that vast, empty stretch of unoccupied beach houses.

Have always had a good time, there.

Hey come on over, not very diverse here which is what liberals want and like for some strange reason, Hell I think I;ve seen a muslim about 10 times in 10 years and yes everyone speaks English here which is nice as one can actually have a conversation with others.

No illegals outside Lowes or Homo depot, hell hardly ever see an hispanic and those which I do know are conservative and form places like Bolivia, Venezuala[sp] and two from Argentina though looking at them you would never guess they were from south America.

if you ever get a chance

here is the election results and note how there is a litle blue patch in the whole county LOL\\
