But I wonder if anyone has the quantified recoil force for a 12 guage pump (not auto, which would absorb some recoil) vs an AR firing .223.

As another poster hit on, most of those vids are the dudes in those women’s lives setting them up. Its funny but also dangerous and reinforcing fear of recoil, imho.
