Do you mean the tracking system that reports the package pickup two days after shipment, reports the delivery the day after arrival, and reports nothing in between?

That is already in the works. USPS is going to have a new tracking sticker on every parcel soon. In addition, there are bluetooth phone/scanner systems being tested right now. What I've read lately is the package deliveries are up 12-15 some-odd percent over last year.
