Every one of them has a government credit card to charge their fees to and back to the taxpayer.
Who does? I suppose some government agency dependent on taxpayers has a booth but USPS doesn't have a single credit card that gets reimbursed by the taxpayers.
Currently the US government owes USPS several tens of billions of dollars. It's a huge amount really. Quit pleading poverty.
