That may be a possibility. All of my searches have offered the name suggestion of Sivakumaran (Indian origin). Considering he apparently was arrested in 2006 (where the mugshots came from), I wonder if he tried to change it to hide a crime in his past.

Florida Highway Patrol says they arrested James Seevakumaran in 2006 in Seminole County. They say he did not have a proper driver's license, and put a tag on his vehicle, which was not assigned to it. That's the only arrest UCF Police know of.
Speaking of 2006. Also note my earlier post about Sri Lanka’s Tamil Tigers [LTTE]:
AUGUST 20? 2006 : (REPORT : LTTE ARMS PURCHASING NETWORK BUST... A SECOND WOULD FOLLOW IN LESS THAN 2 MONTHS) —— http://www.profilesinterror.com/updates/2006_08_20_archive.html
SEPTEMBER 29, 2006 : (BALTIMORE*MD : REPORT : SECOND LTTE ARMS PURCHASING NETWORK BUST IN TWO MONTHS; 6 PEOPLE CHARGED-——See GUAM*, SRI LANKA)
Oh, and just for fun, not that there is any connection... it’s just “criminal trivia” to tweak libs:
[MY NOTE : NANCY PELOSI’S FAMILY MOB TIES WERE IN BALTIMORE, I think her dad was the mayor and in up to his neck... currently she has business interests in Guam, or at least the hubby does.]
“Sivakumaran” was also a “freedom fighter” against the British.
Saw that too mnehring. Could be as simple as spelling error upon family entering the country through paperwork or even intentional, though have been unable to find that information of if or when did the family enter the country, and on what basis if came in via front door.
