Nope. Barry Soetoro will not bomb NK because he doesn’t want to kill innocent civilians.I have to admit I'm a bit conflicted on that.
The Norks who live under the commie regime there truly are innocent victims, where as in Japan the peoples were equally our enemy.
OTOH, war when it is fought should be ugly as hell, it's the best deterrent against future wars.

Only elites with special residency permits, and their relatively well-paid support personnel, get to live there.
