During the 1930's FDR could have prohibited American businesses from doing business with the Nazis but didn't. FDR could have permitted the St. Louis to enter the United States but didn't. In the 1930's after having seen unspeakable atrocities committed by the Japanese, FDR could have refused to do business with the Japan but didn't. When push finally came to shove, FDR, the great progressive rounded up the Japanese and locked them in camps.

From all I’ve read on FDR, he was downright anti-semitic, period.
