CA Proposes Law to Force Insurance to Cover Homosexual 'Infertility'
Breitbart.com ^ | April 8, 2013 | Breitbart News

The state of California is reportedly considering legislation that would force group insurance policies to provide infertility treatment for gay and lesbian couples. Two men who have sex with each other for a year and do not produce a baby would be considered “infertile” under the proposed legislation. So would two women having sex. Since biology does not allow those without a uterus to conceive or those without a penis to impregnate, every year-long gay couple in California would potentially be covered by this new provision of California law. The fact sheet supporting AB 460, the proposed legislation, states that insurance companies are denying coverage “based on [the policy holder’s] not having an opposite sex married partner in which to have one year of regular sexual relations without conception.” Which makes sense, due to biology. In California, however, biology takes a back seat to political manipulation. AB 460 would retain its current standard for infertility: either a “demonstrated condition” causing infertility or a year of sex without conception, including non-heterosexual vaginal intercourse. No wonder California taxpayers are going bankrupt. Even biology must take a back seat to political leftism now.

I saw this coming back in the 90s and this is just the beginning. The whole idea of gay marriage and homosexual norming is going to force this kind of thing because of course if anyone’s definition of marriage is a civil right then how can we not move heaven and earth so they can reproduce? Doesn’t every child deserve a surrogate mother or a sperm donor? There is already the beginnings of the science that would if developed allow the genetic material of two men or two women to be combined to produce viable embryos. I won’t be surprised if we see tax payers money being used to fund such mad science and of course how it effects society or the cost of these “changes” will not even be discussed and if you dare oppose them you will be labeled a bigot and someday face legal punishments. Just remember this if you think about voting for gay marriage because are trying to prove you are a nice opened minded fool. It doesn’t stop there.

“$50k per year hormone treatments for the transgendered .”

Is that the actual number? The replacement level of estrodial is $31.00 “a month”. I’m rounding down because the refills are more than a month’s worth. Spironolactone (sp) - the testosterone inhibitor - is $10.00.

And that’s the drugstore price, not the clinic price, which is lower.

I don’t remember the total but HRT is less than $500.00 a year.

If people are getting 50K that’s a pretty sweet scam.

Northwest Texas looking at areas around Lubbock . I lived in San Antonio twice in my younger years. My husband has never lived outside of California . He was nervous to leave until I kept showing him FR articles about news in California and other liberal states....now he is anxious to get to a red state......as one FReeper said....”The redder the better”

That's the number I have, which includes free medical care, meds, gender counseling, a bunch of other goodies and entitlements as well.

Most also qualify for some form of disability so they get a free ride on the dole.

It is a pretty sweet scam.

It's good to be a protected member of the entitlement class.

I'd consider it myself if it were not for the fact that I'm ugly enough as guy - as a chick, no way.

Follow the money from the long-suffering taxpayers to the doctors, lawyers and insurance companies, benefiting politicians along the way, all in the name of equal treatment for all.

The names of the Kaliforika state legislators supporting AB460 should be posted in at least in 24pt type. So we would know who to throw the poison darts at.

When moral absolutes are thrown out, you can get people to believe anything, including that homosexual couples are merely infertile and not able to conceive because biology rendered it impossible.
