Something rational for them to sink their teeth into. Finally, the Colorado Senate is working on a bill that has some merit and probably is within their range of abilities.

Makes sense, especially when it comes to pit bulls and rottweilers. Not all dogs are vicious, and in most cases (at least in my experience) they generally are posing and are not really a viable threat, if one just moves slow and takes their time.

If it’s like training where I work it means they have to look at a lame video for like 20 minutes and then answer some equally lame questions about said video.

I’m very glad to see this. Not sure that bill itself will do any good, but this put LEO’s on notice that the shooting of pets has come to the attention of the legislature. Think of it as a warning shot across their bow.
