Obama Mocks 2nd Amendment: "I Need A Gun To Protect Myself From The Government” (U-Tube)

(Excerpt) Read more at youtube.com ...

TOPICS: Constitution/Conservatism; Culture/Society; Government
KEYWORDS: guncontrol; gunlegislation; secondamendment
Obama here quotes the citizens of the country he came to destroy: “I Need a Gun to Protect Myself from the Government” At the 2 minute mark of the video Obama (Trojan Horse Hussein) wines in his grandstanding here that when people point out that the government is not worthy of our trust that such rhetoric “shuts down all discussion”. In other words we cite the U.S. Constitution and they in government cannot argue against the U.S. Constitution. Good! End of dicussion! What Obama correctly observes is how one fights off a temptation: just as Jesus Christ fought off the devil when He himself (Jesus be praised and worshipped forever) was tempted during his 40 days fasting in the desert: Jesus quoted what “is written”, the law. The devil finally shut up and left Him. Thus, ye gun rights folk, keep quoting the Second Amendment and we’ll shut down the discussion. That’s what we want is no discussion. We just want the comfort of our weapons in order to keep the government at a safe distance as we have for the last 237 years. Let’s stop the discussion right now by trumpeting the Second Amendment, and then move on to our agenda, not Trojan Horse Hussein’s.

“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If...if...We didn't love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation.... We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.”

No government, at any level, is worthy of complete trust. All government, at all levels, tends to increase in size and power, and all government, at any level, will be tempted to abuse power.

History proves conclusively that is the case.

I wonder if this is the second time Obama told the truth, the first being that he wanted to “redistribute the wealth and to fundamentally change America.”

Even a broken commie clock is RIGHT twice a day, and that is the only time they would be right at anything.

how many hundreds of millions of people were murdered by their own governments in the 20th century, barry you choom-smoking pothead?

well over 200 million.

it’can never happen in america. right. not when we were educated about the proper role of government, and not when we weren’t voting ourselves stuff from other people. not when we were a self-controlled, better moral people. not when our schools were plces of learning with local, limited budgets, not federal leftist propaganda indoctrination centers that force homosexuality on kindergartners and into math classes, and give your kids contraceptives and how to put condoms on and drive them’to abortions without your consent or knowledge.

While a worthwhile discussion at some level, mentioning Jesus and Obama in the same context, here with reference to temptation, serves only to illustrate the difference between good and evil. He has, nor cannot have, anything to say with license about good. He is only evil.
