I think this goes even deeper. I think this is a way for the progressive hive-mind to deal with the self-loathing they have for their country and culture (notice that Euro-progressives are similarly afflicted). I think that progressives intend to destroy the Judeao-Christian majority culture of the west by diluting it with people who are hostile or indifferent to that culture. How else can you explain the leftist (er, “progressive”) preference for “people of color”, where “color” really means non-Caucasian, and non-conservative?

I put it that way, because in another context here in the US, “black” is not a race but a world-view, otherwise how do you explain Bill Clinton being the first black president, or that Justice Thomas is one of the scariest white men in Washington, at least according to Time magazine?

“here in the US, “black” is not a race but a world-view”

So true, and so incredibly damaging. I really, really want to live in a colorblind society, but the left won't let that happen.

Caucasians live in the Caucusus region between the Caspian and the Black seas. They are generally considered to be Caucasians although there is a small group of Mongolian folksthere (left over from the 1300s).

This particular gang of Caucasians ~ Chechans ~ fought against Russian invaders longer than any other group in the Caucusus.

Along the way they obtained Turkish Empire protection against the Russians by converting to Islam.

Now, can you explain the relevance of your statement that ".....'color' really means non-Caucasian, and non-conservative?"

The perps are Caucasion, not non-Caucasian!

No joke: every time I see a Coexist bumper sticker, I read it as ‘I hate myself, my nation and my culture.’
