When people start dying around a terrorist, it is not usually coincidental.
One day after a 9/11 anniversary (or on 9/11 depending on the timing i.e. midnight-ish) and "Weissman" sounds Jewish. And then he doesn't attend the funeral, etc.

The whole thing is very suspicious. I don’t think a drug dealer kills someone over drugs or money ... and then leaves the drugs AND the money behind. More likely there was something more ... personal ... involved and then he sprinkled the dead guys’ drugs around to throw police off the scent.

No evidence that Tamerlan committed these murders, but it is odd he didn't attend his "only friend's" memorial or funeral services. After then he also stopped hanging around the gym where he and his friend worked out. Tamerlan also quit boxing in 2011.

[Was Tamerlan preparing to take a trip to Dagistan in 2011 and then didn't go? The Russians knew THAT much about him? Was his father already in Dagastan by then or did he leave shortly after? The only dates that I can find is that father has been in Russia for "a couple years."]
Summer 2011---After interviewing Tsarnaev and family members, the FBI says it "did not find any terrorism activity, domestic or foreign, and those results were provided to the foreign government."
Lastly, it might be noteworthy that Tamerlan left for Dagistan a few months later for 6 months (Jan 12 - July 17, 2012).

The application prompted "additional investigation" of him in 2013 by federal law enforcement agencies, officials told the newspaper.
