There is not a single high official in Obama's corrupt regime that abides by the constitution. Each and every one of them are totally corrupt political animals (Marxists, socialists, fascists, Islamic jihad sympathizers, etc) and each and every one from Obama on down should be impeached and removed for gross incompetence and negligence and willful failure to uphold the constitution and enforce the law. Obama's "Transformation of America ™" is treason!!

Just the Energy Department?

My thinking is that all of the Federal Government and most State & Local governments are run by incompetent greedy nerds. They couldn’t get a decent job in the private sector to save their lives.

It's not incompetence so much as it is endemic corruption. Bloated labyrinth-like bureaucracies are corruption's natural breeding ground.

An agency that has never created so much a one watt of energy.

Methinks only a small portion of the so-called “Energy” department could pass even the simplest university level course in math or engineering.

They’re not incompetent.

Their job is to keep energy off the market, thereby keeping energy costs high.

It was ineptly run BY DESIGN. Made it that much easier to use the funds as “obama’s stash.”

Given the description of the DOE, although I think that federal government power to regulate nuclear energy would be appropriate, the states have never delegated to the federal government via the Constitution the specific power to regulate, tax and spend for nuclear energy or researching the human genome.

The DOE was created and charged with one task, to reduce or eliminate our “dependence” on foreign oil. Since the inception of DOE our use of “foreign” oil has shot up about 300% due largely to environmentalist initiatives blocking drilling both off shore and on government land.

The DOE is a miserable failure and should be completely dismantled.

Out of the 16-person Executive Protection team, on vital operations that included “active shooter response,” “fire evacuation,” “direct threats,” and “medical emergencies,” only one or two agents were familiar with policies. On “security room operations,” “duress system response,” “bomb threats,” and “motorcade operations,” no more than 6 or 7 of the 16 agents had an understanding of any of the policies.

This paragraph makes me strongly suspect that the issue involves hiring being done to fulfill "diversity goals" rather than competence. There are a large number of military officers and NCOs with experience in those areas who could fill those slots, and might welcome an opportunity to stop having to spend their days in Third World hell holes.
