Aren’t many judges visit perps in hospitals to ‘read them their rights’...the judge was protecting killers. When more people die in Boston we’ll know who to blame...

Especially if the judge was sent directly...via orders from the Department of Justice... to Mirandize someone at the top of the dangerous terrorist list.
If that doesn't send up red flags all over the place, I don't know what does.

I’m trying to sort this one out. On the one hand there is a law in place from 2001 that give them the authority to do what they did. On the other hand, since his rights were waved per the public safety clause, I wonder why the FBI wasn’t given the 48 hours they are allowed.

Either way, it was a punk move by holder where nothing good can come of it.
