Could she be the detonator? And could Alhaarbi be the financer (there to see the fruits of his $$$)?
That should be a question ??? Who is the woman walking behind...is it Mrs. Black Cap??? Another accomplice??? Or just somebody in wrong place, wrong time?
I think it’s a good bet that AlHarbi was part of the financing group and was there to verify the damage.

Yes, I wondered about a woman accomplice, especially after seeing the “Terrorista” vanity plate on the car of one of their friends who we saw being arrested. Also, on the picture of the terrorist brothers rounding a corner after both blasts, the older brother was lagging behind, apparently in the company of two women. One looked black. Is this the picture you are referring to?
