Sodomy has been criminalized under the UCMJ "for a while." Why are some regs and standards being rigidly enforced and others openly flouted?
B/c it’s unenforceable? Just like criminalizing Christianity is.
As to why such regs are put in place, I have no clue. Ask Congress, they’re the kings of implementing unenforceable rules.
