You are right about McCain. I remember Palin had energized all of us and their rallies were more and more enthusiastic. I forget where this took place, but Palin had just made a fantastic speech, the crowd was cheering wildly, then McCain got up and one of the first things out of his mouth was that we had nothing to fear about Obama, that he was a “good man”, I remember, my heart sank and I realized that McCain did not want to be President and he would do everything he could to make sure he lost. I also think he was wildly jealous of Palin’s popularity.
